Hey, everybody.
What makes a kuk right for us is such a nebulous thing, sometimes. I love my WW II. My Chitlangi feels pretty good, still wearing its grip tape- now starting to wear through a little on the handle. For certain applications, my "Big Daddy" GRS feels fine.
I have handled several sirupatis, and they all felt wrong to me. The folks I gave them to fortunately seemed to suffer no such problems.
I got a Bura M43 just over a year ago. I wanted a Bura, and I wanted to try the M43.
It's a beautiful piece, but it feels wrong to me. I have never used it on anything. I was planning on sending it to Dale Sandberg to install an aluminum handle, but then it finally occurs to me that it would make more sense to just get a different kuk, than alter this one drastically in the hope that I'll like how it feel after modification.

Best,
John
