M43 - large variant

hi guys

a while ago i got this on special order from aunty.
I didnt get around to using it yet so just oiled it and had the shrunken handle fixed up (comfortable for me now, could even be a tad smaler).

I wanted something big .. and .. i got it

I let you guys know how it chops , so for now only some desktop pictures.
I do like the m43 due to the chiruwa handle. Its something i can have reparied locally if necessary.

weight: 1415 g (kitchen scale) so a hair under 50 oz
length: about 61 cm so 24 inch

now that i have the monster... i think i go for a 20" version next heh. Its not really ... backpackable. Not without beeing Hulk that is

I've got a 21 inch 41oz M43 and I thought that was big. Nice blade.

I got a 20 inch CAK thats 40oz,it chops amazingly well,yours will chop like a monster considering the length and weight,it'll be a fun time
