Guys,
Recieved my M43 by Kess today!It impressed me so much I had to return to the office to use the puter. Opened the box ,went to the back of the Cave to get my Durba M43 for a comparison!The Durba is fatter & bigger the butt plate has two ss pins in it,the Kess is sleeker,no pins in the butcap,this M43 is closer to Terry's pointier than the Durba!I went over this M43 FROM POINT TO BUTTCAP, there are "NO" flaws,I mean none!! Still wasn't satisfied,went to the back of the Cave, pulled 2 WW2 BY BURA,a WW2 BY KNN, a GRS a GS BY KUMAR & 3Sirip.also a woodhandled one of a kind BAS by Bura,compared fit ,sharpness, finish,did M/A with them for feel,end result: "THIS M43 BEAT THEM ALL"!!I DON'T CARE WHO MADE WHAT,THIS GUY BEAT THEM ALL,HANDS DOWN!!I still like my Durba,He improved on Terry'S DESIGN & I "LIKE "it! I enjoy having someone ,TRY"to improve,I have no problem with that. If I had to choose??? Well I don't,I have both!D:DSome more of his stuff will be coming to Uncle(Ihope)! Guess who is going to get them!!:D HEE,HEE, HA,HA,HA,BWAAAAAaaaaaaaa!

Not you, JIMBO!! I've had my name in the hat for a Kesar ever since Uncle Bill called him "A master of the fullered blade". I'm dreaming up a tin chirra "Kesar Kustom", that will knock you plumb outta yore socks. :eek:

....I hadn't thought about that. It would be awful to have to wait for the book all this time, and then have it rejected for that....nothing could be verse :eek:

I CAN'T wait to get my M43 now. I will let the entire forum know what I think of mine when it comes in.
 
I can't wait to get just something. That 3 week shutdown for Dasein and Tihar has put us in the hole. I'm running out of everything.

Hey Jim, now that you've had your M-43 for a few days, have you had a chance to do more "Research" on it? How's it chop and slice? What have you done with it to date? I'd really like to know.

Jim is going to devote the entire month of December to nothing but research. He will have his reports ready in January. Stay tuned.
