M9 Bayonet Military or Commercial?

I saw a M9 bayonet, new in the sheath at a recent show. The seller claimed that it was militay. The colors were GI green. The sheath was marked US below the stone. The blade was marked M9 Utility on one side and US on the other. It looked authentic but I thought all military M9's had the makers name on them. I am in no way an expert and would appreciate your opinion.

We don't have a ton of bayonets around in the CG anymore but the 50 or so I have seen are made by Lan-Cay. They are stamped on one side of the blade and on the pummel.
