M9 Bayonet on ebay any good?

That is one INCREDIBLE knife.
I heard a lot about the M9 Bayonet, but I've never seen one.

Save your money... Don't by that knife its junk from China! What you want is a US made M9... There are three... The Buck/Phrobis, Lan Cay, and the Ontario. The Lan Cay is kind of junky too... Either go with the Ontario or the Phrobis! The Buck/Phrobis is beautiful!
 
I contacted both sellers with some questions. The first knife, the seller hasn't responded. The second knife, the seller responded and stated that he didn't know what the blade material was and that when he asked the factory rep, he got the answer of "high carbon steel", which tells me nothing. He also made the comment that the knife was sandblasted, which as far as I'm concerned only adds to the rust and stain problem of a knife that could already be vulnerable to rust. The seller was very upfront and honest in his response, which I really appreciated. If he carried other products or knives that I'd be interested in, I'd buy from him. The first knife claims 440c steel, but until I get a couple of questions answered, I won't even consider buying from him.
 
True, the photos you show are chinese junk. There is a real Buck Bayonett on ebay - item 1846147253 - stamped USA right on the blade. I believe they were made out of 440A.
