m9 phrobis... help me plz

hi all
im andy from italy. today i bought a used m9 bayonet and now im searching info about it..
i know there r many kind of m9, buck prhobis II, III etc..
but mine is strange...
i have on the left side of the blade the logo " M9 PHROBIS INT'L. spain"
and on the right i have " U.S.A PAT. NO. 4.821.356".

so , i wanto to know if someone know something about this M9...

ok now i know that this bayonet is not a fake...
ok it was made in spain but under licence of Buck..
some person that sell knife told me that here is very hard to find a Buck m9.
also cause the italian law dont permit to import and sell bayonet...
we have a strange law...
