Some action photos of my M95 - a 6'' long,0,22'' thick,1'' broad blade made from drop forged and zone tempered carbon steel goodness !!! :p 5'' handle and great sheath that can be also carried horizontal and upside down ;) Great slicer and whittler.Tough as nails.Easy to shapen and has durable Teflon coating - like an expensive cooking pan :D

It's an excellent woods knife - great for making shelter, splitting wood for fire, chopping a walking stick, gut and skin a wild boar, clean a fish, cut some food and quite suitable for self defense.Lightweight and easy to carry all day long without even noticing it.Great survival knife - I highly recomend it.
It doesn't seem to be popular in the US - maybe because it's more expensive - around 150 $.Here in Europe it's 85 Euros - around 110 $.

Get one bro - you'll love it !
The M95 has a smaller brother - the M07 which has a 5'' blade.

Great pics! As you know I have the little brother M07. Both are great knives that I don't see mentioned too often. I really like the steel. It seems really tough, and is very easy for me to sharpen which is a plus.

It's very easy to make them razor sharp in the field even if the edge is damaged a bit.I use a Fallkniven DC-4 sharpener.
I'm planning to buy the M07 in a couple of months. It should be an absolute beast for it's size.

DC4 is what I carry in my pack too

Nice pics bro!

The M95 is definately my "survival knife" of choice. Its a perfect combination: tough, but handy.

Btw, that leather sheath is the best Ive ever used. I carried the previous version of this knife in the army (with an identical sheath) and it was perfect for upside-down -carry on a combat vest. Its rare even with military knives to see a sheath that is secure, yet enables you to access your knife
with one hand without making a sound. IMHO easy access is important in the woods too; it means the knife will actually be used :)

I have wanted one of those for a couple of years now. Thanks for posting up some pictures !!

^ I think there was a TK article about that Finnish issue knife some years back (by John Larsen perhaps?)

cool, I like that little knife. Is it full flat ground?
