Hey all- I've been curious about this for years, as I don't think I've seen another satin M9 without a # or a cs logo. Was there a run of SE without numbering? Or unnumbered LE's? Thanks!

Had an identical SAR 8 and wish I didn’t sell it. Mine had the Doublecut finish and no numbering. I think I asked for the finish and wasn’t a normal offering but could be wrong.
 
Almost positive this was factory finish, ive never seen a stripper like this one. The logo is perfect, etc...

Yeah, even on the CG’s, the logo is lower (about centered at the edge of the primary grind), not as close to the spine as the OP’s one.

Saw your edit - yep, that’s it! Same placement. I have no idea what’s up with OP’s knife.
