Hi All,
I have a 2000 emerson mach bts that has developed really bad lock rock and blade play over the years and was wanting to send it in for warrenty service. I noticed on the form that they ask for the serial number and that most emersons have this under the thumb disk. Mine does not and dosnt have anything on the box (cant remember if there was paperwork when i got it :/). After doing some research it seems 2000 is about the time the started serializing them. Was the mach 1 not serialized?
