How many of you would like to see a golok type machete in the 3v steel? Would this steel work well with such a large knife? Your thoughts?

Bark River's new Bravo-3 should fit the bill.

With a 12" blade of CPM-3V it will be longer then their Golok.

But, considering the size of the piece of 3V required, it won't be cheap.

Where do you find infomation on this knife?
About the only thing I've found out about it is that is is still a couple months off.

Holy crap, 12 inch blade?!
I hope BKRT did the smart thing and made it thin, (that's one benefit of supersteels I thought) otherwise it is going to be quite the boat anchor.

i know Bill Siegle made one in 3v a while back. it sure didnt stay on the "for sale" section long.

If they will make it and have someone do the testing and reporting I'll donate the steel.
