Does anybody else have this blanket ?
I would like to hear how/where/when you use it, good or bad, all info is welcome.

I tried looking for reviews for this blanket, but they are hard to find.

Anyway I got it today, so I'll try to do a review when I have used it for a while.

I have a similar blanket made for Range Rover. If I remember correctly it was just as expensive but I've been using it for about 20 years. I used it again last weekend. I love that blanket.

Have you checked LLBean for similar blankets?

I have owned and used one for the past six years and like it so much that I am going to buy another. I also have the fantastic harness leather carrier which is built like a tank. We use the blanket on the bed each winter and it is heavy. It just fits on a queen size mattress with no overhang. When traveling I roll it up and strap it in the carrier. It goes in the auto whenever I make a long trip or visit friends. Filson had discontinued the carrier for some time and I do not know if they have brought it back or not. Compared to a Whitney or Hudson they are much more affordable. The local wool drycleaner quoted me $40 to clean it which I have not done since getting it. I have many wool blankets and this is my favorite. It would be too heavy and bulky to carry in the woods for me. I stick with my sleeping bag for those trips.
