Macrame instruction book?

I have made Macrame 550 lanyards for more than thirty years, but have only used a couple of basic knots/weaves. I want to expand my knowledge and am looking for a book to teach myself. If available, I would like it to concentrate on 550 projects, to include bracelets. Any recommendations?

I'm an old bastard, so I still prefer a book over the internet. Books dont need batteries or a connection either.
