We spoke a few months ago about repairing a gen 2 iBook.
I put off the project and I finally now just want to get it done. I was curious if you would be willing (or know someone who would) to allow me to ship this to you and you fix it for me (for a charge of course). I have all parts needed and half of the computer taken apart. I would just want the damaged pieces repaired and put back together.
