Macuahuitl EDC

This one is on its way to its new home. This is an EDC Macuahuitl. The Macuahuitl is a traditional, two handed weapon used by the Aztec, Maya, and Toltec people of Mesoamerica. It would normally be crafted from wood with an obsidian double edge, and be between 3 and 4 feet in length. Mine is made from 1084 and comes in at just under 9 inches. The handle is wrapped in red and gold paracord in a turks head pattern.
