Hello knife enthusiasts and friends of good craftmanship. I am full time knifemaker based in Brno in Czech Republic. I wanna introduce myself and my work to You. And because pictures are better than thousands words-this is last my last finished:
blade is hand forged W1, quenched to nice hamon. Blade is 25cm long and 6mm thick (9,84inch/0,24inch)
textured SS bottom cup and guard. Guard is formed by forging.
stabilized Birch Handle
All knife is 38cm long (14,96inch)

now is waiting for sheath.

Welcome and thanks for sharing. Your knife has an interesting mix of details. The Birch is eye catching.
 
Welcome!! Your knife is really beautiful, and that hamon is very nice with a lot of activity worth to bring out!
 
thank You, now I am working on another one blade, with more clasic look, but hamons like this one are my pride.

I love this knife! Very cool blade shape, interesting guard, and the wood is gorgeous. Great job, Macwasil.
 
We don't all speak English, but we're all speaking the same language here... At least, that knife is speaking my language! Really nicely done. At first glance it seems simple, but the details really make it beautiful
