Mad Dog Freq Flyer

I recieved a Mad Dog knife as a gift....it's a neck knife.....made of plastic(kevlar)...no metal.It is a serrated blade...or should I say was serrated. The serrations are worn off now. Can anything be done to it to give a regular edge ? Or is it shot now that the serrations are worn ?
Any help will be appreciated.......

Actually the material is G-10 epoxy composite , to fix your problem would more than likely take a regrinding of the blade to take it to proper thickness for edging, you might try contacting MD LABs to see about it.
