MADD MAXX Jr.

Just talked with Darrel today and found out that my 4" MADD MAXX is ready and will be shipped out Tuesday. I ordered this one up like my full size MM, with clip point blade and ceramic peen finish. I have a feeling that this will become my daily carry for quite sometime. My full size MM, Dozier Buckhunter, and Crawford Covert will get some much needed rest.

Darrel, if possible post a pic of the MM Jr. next to the full size one and/or the XL model.

Anyone out there order one of these 4 inchers? If so lets hear it.

MADD MAXX Jr. has arrived! Must say that it is a bit smaller than I imagined, but remember I only have the regular MM to judge it against. The blade is 4.0" in length. I had Darrel do this in ceramic peen with a clip point blade to match its big brother. I just got to get my son to show me how to post pics so I can get a pic of this one on, along with the reg. sized one.

Fit and finish are absolutely Darrel Ralph! Lockup is tight with NO movement of the blade any which way. Closed shows a perfectly centered blade. All things that are pet peeves if not done.

Does take a bit more "snap" to open since the blade is a bit lighter, and the blade is D-2 enhanced and scapel sharp.

The handle slabs are .125 inches thick along with the blade so this is a sturdy knife, especially with the frame lock lock up.
The blade length to handle length are excellent.

All in all a great knife. I am happy with it and expect to be carrying it for quite a while as my edc.

Anyone else out there who has one, lets hear your opinion on Jr.
