Got bored and decided my G10 ZT 0562 needed to be spruced up. So, I decided to make a Desert Ironwood scale that was shaped with sandpaper, files, and Dremel. Still needs final sanding and finish on it. Now to decide what color to Cerakote the rest of the knife. I nicked the wood side liner with the file a few times, and I think it needs to be covered up. Whatcha think?

Usually I don't go for wood handled knives, looks wise, ( he said after spending a bunch of time putting ebony scales on one of my grails o_O).
But as far as your Ironwood knife goes I say :
Heck Yeah ! ! !
Looks great ! ! !

That sir looks great! I am partial to natural scales. Never had the time to try a homemade set. Fine work.
Cheers!!!
