Hello all,

Happy St. Patrick's Day. I spent some time with Jason Knight at his shop last week and learned the way of the free flowing bladesmith. Here is a knife we made together. Just wanted to show it off. It is now my favorite knife. Purely a purpose driven tool.

Thanks for looking.

Thanks guys. Yeah that was a plus. I'm calling it a Harleyville Hunter. It will be my new knife whenever I go where a fixed blade is needed.

wow!

i like everything about that - from the overall profile to the heat marks and unfinished micarta - very raw

It must have been a great experience. Your knife is looking great, What kind of steel have you used ?

I'll bet that was an adventure....glad you both made it....very nice knife.;)

Thanks. It was an adventure. Learned a lot about a lot. Got to see him work on some of those cool knives that sold out on the forum.

The steel is 8670, similar to L6 as I've been told.

watching the Dark Knight work is like watching a force of nature!
