So, I got tired of my cell phone getting scratched, and my Victorinox Farmer bumping around with everything else in my pockets. I grabbed some scrap leather and made a little pocket slip for it and now, things are all good.
It's just scrap suede and artificial sinew (which I despise now, btw). If I have to restitch it, I'm going with waxed thread. I just used the sinew since the holes were punched with a rather large hand punch for threading, instead of the more professional methods. You work with what ya got, amiright?
