So earlier today, I received some peel ply G10 that was intended for a Kershaw Cryo that went out before the mail got here for some warranty work. I was so eager to mess around with it that I thought, I should try making one for my VECP but quickly dismissed the thought feeling my skills inadequate. Before this, I had only made 4 backspacers for the VECP and have had no prior experience with G10.
I feel pretty good about this even though its hardly halfway decent and still lacking the finishing details. I haven't countersunk anything because I dont have the bits to do it and I havent sanded the edges to make them smooth because I was just so excited that the test fit worked flawlessly that I ran inside and took photos to share.
