I screwed up the first sheath I made last night, I just could not figure out how to get the handle opening correct. Res C as a handle material is not my favorite by ANY means to attempt to make a sheath for, maybe it was just the contouring that made making this sheath hard. However it is so comfortable in the hand I am willing to look past the $4 sheet of kydex and eyelets I wasted. This is the end result for sheath #2, its not great but it's sure better than the monstrocity I ended up with last night. The retention seems very good and it does not SEEM to be eating up the front corners of the Res C (As of yet anyway) Kydex thickness was .080 as that is what I had available.
