Made a Terrible Mistake!!!!!!`

HELP!!!!!! Last month I sold Charlie Foulke, he lives in New York, a TAD Hinderer but accidentally sold my beloved Black DLC Slicer.........I just noticed this mistake a month later.......I have emailed him and am awaiting his response. If anyone knows him, can you please pass this message on as I would like to get him his knife and I would like my DLC back.

Attached are two pictures of my beloved DLC that I miss dearly, please help!!!!!!!!!

The box is signed by Rick from The New York Show in 2013

Feel for you man, that stinks. I did the same thing a couple of months ago, but the buyer was awesome and we squared everything away.
 
No offense man but how on earth do you make a mistake like that? I can see this mistake being made if you sold two knives to two different buyers and you just accidentally got them mixed up while packaging it up and making the shipping labels. I wish you the best of luck in getting the knife back, but next time you ship a knife out it might be a good idea to verify that you're sending the right one.

How does one sell an item to another and not be able to sort it out privately?
