I bought a new knife last night. it is one of the mini black kraton handled Kabar Marine fighting knives, with a nice serrated edge.
I must admit, one of my main reasons I got it is 'cause it matches my VTAC so well. It has a black powder coat finish, black leather sheath, black synthetic handle. This goes well with the nylon handle and black head finish of my hawk.
I just finished adding matching lanyards to both of them, in the Chris reeve style. Sitting on my table, they actually look like they could be part of a set.
Those of you who are not familiar with the mini Kabar, they are currently on sale thru Cabela's. They do make a nice companion to the VTAC.
