Hey,

I am aware that Kissing Crane knives are mostly of Chinese manufacture as of late, but I've seen a few Sharpfinger copies made by this brand that say "Made in USA" on the tang.

Anyone know ANYTHING about this? I've been Googling various keywords for the past hour and cant find any reference to any other Kissing Crane knives "Made in USA", nor any Sharpfinger variants made by them.

Bogus Chinese knockoffs?

hi, possibly united cutlery, or bear cutlery saw one on ebay blurred pic but didnt really recognize it especially with the 2 large rivets but somebody will probably give an answer, its still good that kcrane has tried usa makers, yhanks

I don't have an answer. But the people that owned United before it went defunct last year owned Kissing Crane brands AND a U.S. factory that made the Rigid and other brand sharpfinger knockoffs. Thus it is very possible that they saw a way to clear the warehouse of these blanks by using a Kissing Crane stamp.
