I e-mailed them from their website, and got this reply right away:

We have knives made here in Utica and also overseas with the Utica Cutlery
brand. The Catskill, Big Pine, Adirondack, Multi-Purpose Tools, Workman
Series, Hi-Tech Hunter and Buckstag, Traditional Hunter Knives are made here
in Utica, NY.

I think I'll I'll join you. Their website lists I think 3 e-sources, one of which is much reasonabler than the others.

i bought my dad a Utica bone handled barlow a few years back, pretty knife, decent F&F (near or at case level) a bit of a lazy snap
all in all a good knife for the price and it had carbon steel!
