Made it through Security!

I flew from the west coast to Chicago recently. I had taken my survival kit out of my waist pack before I left the house. They scanned the waist pack it the X-Ray machine and made it through Security with no problem.

A few days later, before I flew back, I was surprised to find my Leatherman Juice S2 at the bottom of my waist pack. I had not realized I had it in there. So much for Security!

I mailed the Juice back to myself before the return trip.

Security in many places is a joke. I have been carrying a knife clipped to my boot and the hand held metal detector operators dont want to bend down that far. Lucky they didn't detect your juice and take it to the next level. My things have been searched because I had wires in my bag.
