INFI and SR101 with me...not in handluggage, LOL.

They did find a pair of folding scissors in my pack though (forgot they were there). The guy takes them out and says, "These are the largest folding scissors I've ever seen!!" They are about three inches long.

Any knife law advice from aussie infidels?

Welcome to Sydney. As for knife law advice I am certainly no expert. I generally carry a folding knife wherever I go and have never had problems. Hope you enjoy your stay.

Edited to add:
Don’t be too concerned about the knife laws, the main push is to stamp out the knife activity around public events, nightclubs etc. other than that all is cool.
Did you get to watch the State of Origin football match last night? :D:D
