Made my first sheath!!!

so my dad got s bunch of kydex a press and the thing to do rivets with.

Damn its not as hard as i thought it would be, i did a sheath for my native and i can hold on to the sheath and shake it and the knife will not fall out.
The only thing i have to get better with are the rivets.

So were is the best place to buy kydex? Also what is the best thing to cut it with, and one last thing, when sanding down the edges how dangerous is the dust?

Where are the pics? Best cut is a band saw for rough shape, belt sander for the edges, wear a respirator. If you want Kydex, go here. If you want Concealex (better than Kydex IMO) Go here

well i used some tin snips to cut it off the roll, then used a palm sander to smooth it a lil bit. pics will be up tomorrow.
