Wanted a low profile leather sheath with a belt loop and friction retention. We designed this sheath to be compact, lightweight and secure. Custom molded for the LE Tali-Whacker. Made from veg tanned leather and wet molded to fit the knife exactly.

Looks great! My only suggestion, and it's only a matter of personal preference, but I would like to see the belt loop extended longer to lower the carry of the knife.
 
Thanks for the input. My only concern with the longer belt loop is that the knife would flop around on your belt as opposed to nice and tight with our current design and may be more difficult to remove with one hand.
Could also extend the belt loop and sew in a higher and lower belt loop option. Will look at it a little closer on the design table next week.

+1 on longer belt loop, i usually try to get em made 3/4 way up the handle.

Updated the pictures with the finished sheath. Worked out well and I like it a lot. I do like the ride height but will look at the height again next week.

If 10 people commit to ordering a Tali-Whacker LE sheath then we will order a die and make the sheath's. If not we will move on to a more popular knife model.

Is this a solicitation? I'm only asking because it sure looks like one and there shouldn't be any in this discussion forum even with the proper membership required for craftsmen. The only person with the right to sell, or give permission to sell here is Jerry Busse.

I like the current ride height of the belt loop. Just about perfect.

Just put the sheath on a scale and it was 2.2 ounces. Perfect for the lightweight Tali-Whacker.
