Made this for a member here, can you guess who....??

Who likes a Red knife??!!
Thank you for the pix, Walter. I cannot wait to get this folder!
Gang- Walter made this folder with a nested lock-bar. This is not a liner-lock. The NLB reduces weight yet is a very strong lock. And, if and when the lock wears, just the lock-bar is replaced. That's better than replacing a whole liner, imo.
Thank you, Walter. Your tanto blade is just Bad.

Cool, I hope I can pick up one of your knives in the coming months. I really like the designs!

This is off topic, but I see you're in Harrisonburg. Will you be at the knife show in April?[/QUOTE

Yes I will. I will not have a table but I belong to the SVKC association and will be there Friday setting up I don't know about Saturday, maybe in the morning. You?

Not sure, it'll be a busy week because of lambing on the farm, but my dad says that we might be able to get away for a little bit to go.

That's a pretty knife. Didn't even realize you were from Harrisonburg until I saw VA on the blade. :D

Thanks, marcinek. :)
I'll let you know in a few days.

I would. I love a handle with a straight, "horizontal/non-tapering" back like that (if that makes sense), that does not have any of those grooves and/or extraneous pointy bits all over it that seem so "sexy" lately. It just looks extraordinarily comfortable to use to me.

Yep. It makes sense.
That handle shape was one of the first things I noticed about this folder.

Congrats Rolf!!!
I thought it was you as soon as I saw the chisel ground blade!
The red micarta was just icing... ;)

I like the angle of presentation of the primary edge. Should make very aggressive pulling cuts.
