Magazine Writer Looking for a good knife-only survival course

Hi Everyone.

I am a British magazine writer looking to do a piece on knife survival.

I am looking to find a good knife-only survival course where you head off into the wilderness with only a knife to sustain you.

I have heard of one in Arizona, Ancient Pathways and another in New Jersey, Tom Brown, but I wonder if anyone knows of any other good instructors or courses.

For any help I would be indebted.

I'm looking for a really stripped down survival course where you go into the wilderness with just a blade and a blanket.. and the clothes that you stand up in.
