Anybody have one or planning to get one? They look pretty cool (and cheap)

Pending bad reviews, I'm going to pick one up in Oct / Nov when they're released here.

I like the Garmin user interfaces a little better but, Magellan are good units too. I haven't seen the Triton screen but, in past comparisons I found the Garmin screen to be a little better in harsh light (I live in Arizona so, the sun can washout LCD screens).

The newer generation 12-channel units (High-sensitivity SiRF receiver) work better in heavy tree cover. When I upgraded the GPS drop outs I frequently had stopped.

I have never been that impressed with the Magellan units but I have not looked at the newest ones. YMMV. I have been using mostly Garmin for 20 years after my first Magellan that I traded. I have now, for about 2 months or so, been using a Delorme PN-20. Do not buy a GPS without checking this out if it is in your price range. I can get USGS 1:24000 for any part of the country as well as black and white hi res aerial photos and color photos for just about any (I believe every) part of the US.
