Trying to de-blue my studs with polish and a paper towel, still a little blue showing up.
Anyone ever tried a Magic Eraser for this?

Helpful replies appreciated.

Yup, gonna have to do something.
Looks purple now, which is worse than the blue

I used a dremel buffing tip and i think some "never dull". It was harder than i thought. It was also extremely difficult to get the blue off from the stud closest/flush to the blade without marring the stonewashed finish on the blade. I wont be trying it again.

Sent my sebenza insingo in for a clip point blade and opted for double silver lugs and hardware to be installed...my sebs getting a sex change operation and some silver bling to go along! Not helpful at all, but I have heard flitz is the way to do it and maybe a brass brush that doesn't scratch steel.

Stick down a strip of masking tape to a high gloss magazine cover. Use a binder hole punch to punch a hole through the tape and the cover. Peel off the tape, and stick it to the blade with the stud through the hole (obviously). The hole is a perfect size (at least on my punch). You can then polish very close to the blade, down to the thickness of the tape anyway.

Hello - i just read that you sent you Insingo in for a clip point blade replacement. I was just wondering if CRK returns both blades back to you so you can swap them out at will?

^ It is my understanding they do, but you pay for it.

You can get an Insingo fitted for a regular blade, but not the other way around.

I used Mother's polish and a toothbrush. It made quick work of removing the blue from my Insingo!
