I am in the market for a new iPOD, and don't want to spend more than I have too (Gotta save for that Firetac). Anyone have any secret store that I can get a good deal on an iPOD? I live in the LA area.

Well, good luck, you may be able to find a discount here and there, but none will be very deep. Are you a student? Some places do student discounts.

It is the best source of info on the iPod that I know of. They lots of articles and a pretty good forum too.

I bought an iPod Photo recently and searched far and wide. No discounts. They must have good control over all their retailers. I wound up buying directly from Apple because at least you get free engraving and their service and speed of delivery is good.
