I received requests to make more examples of a recent build that turned out very well. I don't sell knives and always move to something new and different. I wrote up some instructions so they could have another maker tackle it for them. I'm posting them here in case anyone finds them useful or wants to try it.
This is my stock removal process sent out for professional heat treatment, so only limited tools and skills are necessary.

One inch tall at the height?
Actual dimensions would be nice instead of counting squares..... ;)

Hard to tell, the picture makes it look bigger.

Yes, the blade is 1" tall and the sharpened length is just over 5", maybe 5.3". I print the pattern and trace it onto the steel.
