Magnum Camp weight?

Glen,
I don't have a decent set of scales here at the house, but I'll say that EVERYONE is surprised at its light weight. Keep in mind that its cut out of .188" stock, unlike the BRUTE that is .250". Also, the MCK is ground all the way up, taking alot of steel out of the blade.

The balance point is right on the guard, giving the knife a nice 'neutral balance'.

Here is a shot of the current BK&T family,...the MCK is easily the lightest of the bunch.

I'll get you an exact number of ounces ASAP.

Will,

Belated thanks for the reply. (I think I've *finally* decided on which BKT to pick up ...)

Glen

I'm thinking about getting the Magnum Camp as well - trying to stay away from choppers like the Brute and Machax!

What was the weight in ounces? I'm guessing about 12oz with the full tang...

Thanks,
Daniel.

storyville- my cheap scale tells me the magnum camp is 12.5 oz out of the sheath and 18.5 with the sheath. -Sporty
