Magnum handles - what are they?

Ok. I'm looking for a Skinny ASH. I see many of 'em with "Magnum" handles? How are those different from the standard handles?

It may seem strange, but all the Skinny ASH1s came with Magnum handles.

I'm an average-ly sized 6' guy and the Magnums fit my hand great... in a variety of grips.

Thats a tricky question though.
A SFNO LE or SFNO with hand shaped or machined mags I find perfect but jump into a Fusion-handled blade with magnums and they too much for me. YMMV.

Mags are great when your not using gloves...

The second winter comes, or you put on a set of gloves for a multitude of reasons....

All Skinny's came with Mag. handles? Really? That's disappointing. For a blade of that thickness, I want the handles to be slim too. So, is there anything I can do about it?

You can sand them down to your liking...
or send it in to the Busse custom shop for a handle swap to standards. :thumbup:

But really... they are pretty comfortable with mags. :thumbup:
