Received my Magnum Tanto XII in 3V a couple of days ago. I was surprised because it is hollow ground, unlike the other 3V Tantos which all have a flat grind. I already had the San Mai version, but sold it to my brother to help pay for the 3V model. I have the other Master and Magnum Tantos in 3V, so this completes my tanto collection. I also found it strange that it was a satin finish instead of the DLC coating, but I'm not complaining about it. It looks pretty much like the San Mai version, but without the lamination line. Overall though, I'm happy with it.
