I was trying the "contact us" procedure on the Spyderco factory web site to order a replacement clip for my Chinese folder. There is one week now and I don't have any answer. I live in France so I cannot give all the informations needed for this procedure. :(

Does anybody have an Email address to contact Spyderco directly ?

I did the "contact us" thing as well and Spyderco has not responded. If you can call Spyderco direct, that would be my suggestion. I have always had the best luck talking to a person. If you call, talk to Mike in Warranty and Repair or if you cannot talk to Mike I think anyone at the Spyderco Factory Store can help (considering you are making an international call and probably would only want to make one call). In regards to the "contact us" option, did you choose a department (warranty and other general inquiries). Maybe try that option before placing that call.

Likely the contact us thing on the site hooks up to an email address and they can be very likely swamped all over with emails to answer.
Usually Mike would answer the phone if you call.
 
I tried contacting them last week and had no reply. I just ended up calling Mike, at Warranty and Repair(800-525-7770), and my concerns were taken care of. My Civilian is on its' way back to Spyderco for some TLC. :D

It is several days since I completed the contact form and no email for me yet either.

It is not easy to phone from the other side of the Atlantic because of time differnces.

I have had very good experience with Spyderco customer service in the past but they should have a different method for contact if the web site thing is not working well.
 
i emailed Spyderco 2 weeks ago about the spyder that fell out of my Vesuvious they replyed the next day that a new one was on its way, the next day it arrived by mail !
