I recently purchased a set of Henkels stainless steak knives that have stag handles. The stag looks very dry and I suspect that they've seen some time in a dishwasher.
What is the current thoughts on maintaining stag ? I am thinking mineral oil followed several days later with beeswax. How far off am I?
