So for the past year or so iv been carrying my Spyderco Ambitious and its a great little knife perfect size for my needs its not threatening and its an fantastic price...but after i went to the CKG show a few months ago I got to handle a couple striders and i ended up buying an SJ75 and just yesterday i received my new edc a brand new strider pt lego and i love this thing.
Dont know what the point of this thread is im just stoked about this thing i guess.
Anybody els upgrade recently?

Thinking about upgrading to the Benchmade 707. Not sure about the aluminum handles though. I'm going to a knife Shostakovich tomorrow so hopefully I can try one out :)

An SJ75 and a lego PT? Very nice!
From an Ambitious to a PT... that's a heck of an upgrade. Those PTs are tempting.

At the beginning of the year I switched my EDC from a Spyderco Stretch to a Strider SnG in CPM154. A great knife.
I'm pretty much done searching for a better EDC. Maybe a flipper of some sort eventually. They look like fun.

Not a huge upgrade, but I recently stepped up from Spyderco and ZT being most represented in my EDC to a CRK Umnumzaan. It feels like an upgrade to me!

Been carrying a traditional lockback for a while, but I recently sharpened a Brazilian lockback for a friend of mine who is in the military. It was not a high-quality knife, but it was screwed together, so I could take it apart to get to every little part of the interior (spring, lock bar, inside the scales, etc.), which was very nice. That inspired me. So I've got an Endura on order. It will be nice to be able to completely disassemble the knife from time to time for a thorough cleaning.
