Make a larger cricket

I want Spyderco to make a larger Cricket. Soon. I like my regular Cricket (FRN, plainedge), and want a larger one to go with it. Make it: - 2.5"
- FRN, no CF or AL or G-10 - too costly
- ATS-55 is fine, as is Gin-1, VG-10, etc.; keep the cost down
- plain-edge and serrated
- same handle pattern as Cricket, just bigger
- liner-lock like the Cricket, compression lock okay too

Okay? Nothing fancy or expensive.

The Matriarch and the Civilian are much bigger, too much so. And they're not quite same thing. I might buy a Matriarch, but there still is a need for something in between, say, a biggerer (sic) Cricket.

I'm waiting. Don't disappoint me.

We do have a bigger cricket it is called the Merlin.

Spyderco has no plans to make a larger Cricket at this time. The copies in the marketplace have hurt sales of the Cricket. We do have a few "reverse S" blade designs in the works, but nothing difinitive at this time.

You might take a look at the Meerkat with the Cricket shaped blade. I've only seen this prototype butt it might fit your request pretty well.
