Recommendation? Make blade blanks

I have a pattern that I've worked out

and I was wondering if anybody out there is willing help me make 3 blanks.

Looking for someone to:

profile, cut in the primary bevels, HT and send it back to me for finish.

Willing to discuss cost for time and materials.
