Maker at Blade Show - who was he?

OK folks, I feel like a real heel, but I can't remember the name of a specific maker. I talked with his wife, who was extremely nice, about some nice neck-sized BG-42 knives (Wharncliffe, drop and clip points) with kydex sheaths he had on display. The sheathes and knives were numbered so that matching pairs wouldn't be confused and the knives themselves had nice usuable Micarta handles.

He and his wife were sitting in either 4A, 6A or 8A, he was on the very end on an even numbered aisle. Looking at the guide, it seems like it's either Randy Blair, Blanton Cosby, Sidney "Pete" Moon or Sandy Tudor.

Any have any ideas?

Thanks in advance,

Jon

The mans name is Sidney "Pete" Moon, and those are some incredible knives for $85! I bought three from him at the Little Rock show in Feb. One went to my Brother, one to my friend, and I kept the drop point for myself.

Thanks Danbo, and that's exactly what I'm about to order.

I gave him a call a few minutes ago - I have to tell you, he and his wife were two of the nicest people I met Saturday.

Thanks again and take care,

Jon

Danbo might have some pics, but I don't - yet. They were bead blasted BG-42 blades with a handy little finger cutout and black micarta handles attached with one or two pins(?) and a thong hole. The blades were probably 3" long by 3/4" high(?) and around 1/8" thick and were offered in drop point, clip point and wharncliffe(?) styles. At least that's what I remember after handling them for five or ten minutes...

Once my drop point arrives

I'll post a few pics.

Take care,
