No clue. I searched through maker's marks with JM in the name and didn't come up with anything. Good luck though. Who knows...try posting in Bernard's forum
For those makers looking at this thread. This is the reason it is recommended putting your name on the blade rather than just your initials or logo. If you have a common last name your first and middle initials and last name would be best. I hope the OP can find out who made his knife.
