Maker mark information for an H.S. marked bolo machete

Hello All,

I've been trying to identify the below maker mark, I've searched and searched and can't identify it. The mark appears on a circa 1940's or 1950's bolo style machete, the machete is of a similar design to a Martindale or Collins. I believe the maker is a USA or South American maker.

Can anyone identify the maker mark?
