I need a suggestion for a maker of forged knives. I am interested in a fixed blade hunter of sorts, 5 blade of O-1 or similar steel with a trailing point shape. Similar to a Randall #3. I already have a Randall, but would like something made by one person as opposed to semi-production. I am not looking for Damascus, just carbon steel. Could be narrow tang or full tang. I would like high quality and good finish, but not fancy as this will be a knife which gets used regularly. Any thoughts or suggestions would be most appreciated.
