Maker With Initials SRW?

My cousin was at a gun show and past a knife display in which he examined a auto folder with a bolster release, file work on the spine, and all he remembers is the maker's initials were SRW. He would like to contact the maker as he is interested in purchasing. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks all.

I may be able to help you. I believe that I know who is the maker. But I need a little more info. Please contact me via email at dervish@riconnect.com I think we have met before, I'm only 12 miles (as the seagull flies) away from you.




 
It sounds like it could be an early McHenry or Williams but I do not recall a maker with an SRW logo, they did a lot of different action types in the begining


 
Greetings Dervish and welcome aboard. Yes, if you mean is it I whom you have met. I race a '54 Jag XK120 if that helps with the ID. The cousin who saw the knife lives outside of NYC and I'll try to get some more info from him this week (he is not on-line, has no interest in computers, is actually a gunsmith with a passing interest in knives).
