I'm not aware of everyone up that way but Bud Nealy is in Stroudsburg, IIRC. And if you're in Allentown the big Cabela's store is only about 20-25 miles away in Hamburg, right off of Rte 78. It's worth the trip even if you don't buy anything.
Plus, if you're out there between the 2nd and the 10th (IIRC) there's a huge outdoor sportsman's show in Harrisburg. It's a hike from Allentown but it's by far the biggest show of its kind in the area. Again, not just knives but a lot of, well, everything
